Macullen's is proud to be the ONLY establishment in town licensed to serve Certified Angus Beef ®. Our hamburgers are hand-patted with 100% ground chuck. Burgers are served with a choice of French fries, daily soup or a small green salad.

The Bengal  Burger: Hand patted ground chuck, topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms and American cheese.  Finished with our famous horseradish Tiger sauce.  $6.95

NEW The Kolstad: A ground chuck patty topped with sautéed onions, bleu cheese and crisp bacon.  Tasty? You bet. $7.95

NEW Russian Bistro Tender – Certified Angus Beef dusted with our secret spice blend and served with an onion mushroom cream sauce.  $16.95

Medallions of Beef – Char-broiled Certified Angus Beef medallions nested on crostini toast and topped with mushrooms, bacon crumbles and sauce Bernaise.  $18.25

Seasoned Steak Bites – Here they are!  Certified Angus Beef in our version of the Lewis-Clark Valley original.  Try them once and you’ll be hooked!  $15.95

Bermuda Flat Iron Steak – A Certified Angus Beef flat iron steak lightly seasoned and char-broiled then served sashimi style over a bed of sautéed red onions, black olives and mushrooms with a touch of pepper jack cheese.  Mouthwatering good!  $19.95

Center-Cut Top Sirloin – A Certified Angus Beef center-cut top sirloin affectionately referred to as the baseball cut.  Thick and juicy, medium-well and above will be butter-flied before grilling.  $19.95

Chicken Fried Steak – A giant (and we mean giant) Fort Worth-style chicken fried steak resting in a bed of country gravy.

Filet Mignon – A bacon-wrapped tenderloin simply seasoned and char-broiled over an open flame.  Medium-well and above will be butter-flied before grilling.  $22.95

Herb Crusted Salmon – A fresh salmon filet crusted with fresh herbs, seared and funished in the oven.  A lemon caper beurre blanc sauce completes the dish.  $16.95

NEW Langostino Stuffed Prawns – Giant tail-on shrimp, butter-flied, topped with a langostino stuffing then baked in the oven.  Finished with a Carribean garlic mojo.  $19.95

Roquefort Tomato Salmon Bake – If you like bleu cheese, this dish is for you!  The salmon filet is seared, topped with tomato slices and cornmeal, baked then drizzled with a rich Roquefort sauce.  $17.95

NEW Tilapia Ragout – A filet of tender and mild tilapia poached in a saffron broth and topped with a tomato and Greek olive ragout.  $19.25

Alaskan King Crab – A giant Alaskan King crab leg.  W foind the big ones – Boone & Crockett would be proud!  Steamed and served with drawn butter.  You won’t find them this size anywhere else in town!  $32.95

Pacific Rim Tuna – Sushi-grade Ahi, sesame seed crusted, quickly seared and served RARE.  Accompanied with wasabi, it may be Lewiston but this is one of our most popular dishes!  $19.95

Shrimp Scampi – Giant tail-on South Pacific shrimp sautéed in olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, scallions and white wine.  $17.25

Northwest Indian Salmon – A fresh salmon filet poached in white wine then toped with a sauté of fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, green peppers and bacon crumbles.  $17.95

Coconut Shrimp – Tempura battered tail on shrimp sprinkled with toasted coconut shavings and served with a sweet Asian Chili sauce.  $17.95

Pasta

Pasta dishes include your choice of French onion soup, salmon bisque or fresh garden green salad.  Substitute a small Caesar or spinach salad for $1.50

Jamba Pasta – Our jambalaya and Alfredo combined with shrimp and tossed with fettuccine.  Creamy and Spicy!  $16.25

Pastitsio Chicago – Certified Angus Beef nuggets sautéed and tossed in brown butter linguini with spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomato and myzithra cheese.  $16.95

Pesto Tuxedo – Diced chicken breast, red peppers, mushrooms, black olives and pine nuts tossed with bow tie pasta and fresh pesto.  Topped with crumbled Feta cheese.  $15.95

NEW Linguini and Clams – Baby steamer clams garnish our linguini and homemade clam sauce.  $15.50

Chicken Alfredo – The BEST Alfredo anywhere!  Thisdish should be illegal it’s so good.  Chunks of chicken breast, mushrooms and Alfredo sauce tossed with fettuccine.  $14.95

Pork Tournedos – Medallions of pork tenderloin crusted in macadamia nuts, seared, then finished in the oven and served with a Merlot julis.  $15.95

NEW Roasted Duck – A lightly seasoned and tender halved duckling, roasted and drizzled with an Asian chili sauce.  Very decadent.  $22.95
